About Our Mind, Body & Spirit Partners

Laughing River Yoga

We believe that a healthy body and tranquil mind are the by- products of yoga practice. Our classes, retreats, and workshops offer you the opportunity to grow strong, to question your beliefs and to deepen your understanding of who you are. Our teachings are steeped in the knowledge that all Beings have the ability to realize their true nature of Love and that through this realization our thoughts, words, and actions will cultivate a more peaceful world. The warm, clean studio provides a safe place for you to find community, heal, and grow. Come join us. We invite you to look within, laugh, and open to your unlimited potential.

Nia is an hour long dance fitness class that incorporates 52 moves choreographed to music. Moves are derived from the Martial Arts, Dance Arts and Healing Arts. The Nia experience cultivates your body’s way of movement through the precision and power of the martial arts, the expression and personality of the dance arts and the comfort and pleasure of the healing arts. It's a fantastic full body workout that clears your mind and lifts your spirits.

Story Yoga

Story Yoga is founded on the idea that your story is your biggest asset to healing and empowering others. We encourage you to embrace where you've been, and use yoga as a transformative practice to write your own new story. We are an online yoga studio committed to prevention, support, connection, and recovery for anyone impacted by addiction, addictive tendencies, and adverse life experiences. We are thrilled to get to see your faces IRL (in real life) at the Burlington Surf Club this summer. Sunday morning class will be a "flow" style class taught by rotating instructors. Please check the Mindbody Schedule weekly to see who will be teaching!

GROW Prenatal & FAmily Center
(formerly Evolution)

Our GROW yoga and fitness classes are rooted around the idea that physical and emotional health during pregnancy, postpartum and parenting should be fun and should be steeped in community support. Prenatal/Postnatal Cardio Strength combines body weight exercises, intervals and yoga to build endurance and strength. Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga is a community-building yoga flow class which targets common pregnancy and postpartum topics including shoulder/back pain, avoiding/healing from diastasis recti, and general body strengthening and stretching. All participants must be cleared for exercise by their provider. Pre-crawling babies are welcome to attend on the pavilion, babies on the move must be with caregivers in the grass.

Core BArre Sculpt

This 45 minute full body workout with a Pilates-based core focus will be led by one of our talented professional instructors (Kathy, our owner, or Erin, her daughter!). Bring a set of small hand weights (1 - 3# recommended), your own mat, and a water bottle. This unique and challenging chance to be motivated and get sweaty while gazing out on the Adirondacks from the Lake Champlain shore is a divine combination! All Fitness Levels are welcome, reservations are limited and required. We will email students signed up by 6:45 am the morning of class if the weather is not ideal. We can't wait to work out with you again in this one-of-a-kind location!

We're teaming up with REV founder and lead instructor Sarah DeGray to bring "bodyweight fitness” to the pavilion at the BSC. Experience the benefits of meditation, functional fitness and a blend of yoga/pilates movement to strengthen your body, mind and spirit on the shores of Lake Champlain. Sarah brings her signature motivational style to empower you to be yourself and love the body you are in. She is a certified personal trainer, cycling instructor, and TRX qualified trainer. She believes fitness should be accessible and fun and brings that attitude to her coaching.
