Description
One hour of Aerobic Strength Training. This workout consist of five sets of exercise with four active rest periods. Participants can expect a challenge but know the workout can be adapted to fit your level. Lots of energy, good music and an amazing feeling of accomplishment when you are done!!
Classes are offered Mondays from 8:30-9:30AM at the Burlington Surf Club pavilion. The BSC is located in Burlington's south end on the campus of HULA Lakeside at 50 Lakeside Ave.
