Description
Instead of starting your Mondays with dread, start with strength and confidence!! Please join me every Monday, June through September from 8:30am -9:30am. We will be doing full body workouts, that will want you coming back for more!! Workouts will be similar to HIT and interval strength training and will be around 50 minutes. These workouts can be adapted to your level too!! I will provide equipment (dumbbells and medicine balls) as needed. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel.
This will be a small class. Limited to 5 slots and costs $15. Payable by Venmo, @Shannon-Lipkin or cash.

Classes are offered Mondays from 8:30-9:30AM at the
Burlington Surf Club pavilion. The BSC is located in Burlington's south end on the campus of
HULA Lakeside at 50 Lakeside Ave.
