The BSC is located in Burlington's south end on the campus of Hula Lakeside hulalakeside.com. Until the summer of 2018, this pristine piece of waterfront real estate was only accessible to factory employees. With its long sandy beach and expansive shady lawn, the convenience and experience of accessing Lake Champlain couldn't be better. Multiple post and beam storage barns are on site to house an extensive line-up of top-of-the-line equipment for paddlers and windsurfers of all levels. Guests will check in daily with our staff and enjoy access to changing rooms and storage lockers before beginning their day on the beach. Come down to sit in the sand, spread out on the lawn, jump in the lake, catch the sunset, or participate in a daily schedule of activities both on and off the water.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Children ages 12-18 are welcome at BSC during open hours without adult supervision. Looking for something for your child to do in the morning? Consider enrolling them in one of our ½ day week long windsurfing/paddling camps.
BSC is located on the waterfront bike path, so both season and day pass holders are encouraged to ride bikes to the club to avoid any workday parking issues. Limited parking is available on site. Additional parking is available at the the Ride Your Bike lot on Lakeside Ave.
Do I have to be a member to have a party at BSC?
No. The BSC is available to the public for party and event bookings. Members get a discount on all party bookings.
Can I store my board at BSC without being a member?
No, unfortunately we only have enough space to store equipment for our members.
Will I be able to access my board during off hours?
Yes, those with outdoor storage will have access to the site before and after regular operating hours.
Is equipment rental part of my membership fee?
Members receive discounted pricing on rentals and can reserve boards and other equipment in advance.
Can I bring guests?
Yes. Members are welcome to bring guests anytime for a discounted rate of $10 per person per day. Guest children under 12 are free.
Can I send my kids without me?
Yes, if they are between the ages of 12-18. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Our windsurfing and SUP ½ day camps are a great option for kids 9-16.
If my kids are under 12, can we purchase a couples membership?
No, if your family includes children of any age, it is considered a family membership. Guests of members under 12 are free.
Do you need to buy a day pass to rent a paddleboard or take a class?
No, a day pass purchase is for guests interested in spending the day at the club. Guests are welcome to take classes or rent without a day pass.
How far in advance do I need to book the BSC for a party?
2 weeks is optimal. Please send all event inquiries to events@wndnwvs.com.
Are dogs allowed?
We're sorry, but unfortunately we just can't allow dogs at the club.
Are water tours/classes free for members?
No, but members do receive a discounted rate on all rental equipment.
Will there be food on site?
You're free to bring your own food and drinks to the club and use our BBQ grills. New for June 2021: togo order pick up from The Spot/The Spot on the Dock!
Is WND&WVS moving to BSC?
No. Our conveniently located retail shop on Pine Street will remain where it is year round. However, we will have limited merchandise available for purchase at the club.
