About Our Mind, Body & Spirit Partners

Laughing River Yoga

We believe that a healthy body and tranquil mind are the by- products of yoga practice. Our classes, retreats, and workshops offer you the opportunity to grow strong, to question your beliefs and to deepen your understanding of who you are. Our teachings are steeped in the knowledge that all Beings have the ability to realize their true nature of Love and that through this realization our thoughts, words, and actions will cultivate a more peaceful world. The warm, clean studio provides a safe place for you to find community, heal, and grow. Come join us. We invite you to look within, laugh, and open to your unlimited potential.

NIA

Nia is an hour long dance fitness class that incorporates 52 moves choreographed to music. Moves are derived from the Martial Arts, Dance Arts and Healing Arts. The Nia experience cultivates your body’s way of movement through the precision and power of the martial arts, the expression and personality of the dance arts and the comfort and pleasure of the healing arts. It's a fantastic full body workout that clears your mind and lifts your spirits.

GROW Prenatal & FAmily Center

Our GROW yoga and fitness classes are rooted around the idea that physical and emotional health during pregnancy, postpartum and parenting should be fun and should be steeped in community support. Prenatal/Postnatal Cardio Strength combines body weight exercises, intervals and yoga to build endurance and strength. Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga is a community-building yoga flow class which targets common pregnancy and postpartum topics including shoulder/back pain, avoiding/healing from diastasis recti, and general body strengthening and stretching. All participants must be cleared for exercise by their provider. Pre-crawling babies are welcome to attend on the pavilion, babies on the move must be with caregivers in the grass.

Join Savu this summer for a series of special events designed to deepen your wellness practice and foster meaningful connection.
